Overview: Assisted Georgia Pacific in launching Brawny® Paper Towels® on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. This work was the first of its kind, as it involved building a framework for consistently providing content on social media platforms while establishing the brand's voice.

Ask:

  • Create monthly original content for Brawny on various social channels.

  • Generate interest and attention for the brand while establishing its online brand persona and voice.

  • Explore partnerships that would align with Brawny as the brand voice was being established on social media.

Results:

  • The rich video and photo content resulted in increased click-through rates on Facebook's timeline, enhanced shareability, and greater potential for indexing by search engines on YouTube.
