Project Name: Grand Opening Campaign

Overview: Develop creative concepts and messaging for the AdventHealth ER at Flamingo Crossings grand opening campaign. 

Ask: Create clear messaging to introduce the two phases of the grand opening: Coming Soon and Now Open. Primary target audience were residents of Central Florida, while the secondary audience included Walt Disney World guests staying on property or in surrounding hotels, as well as tourists visiting the region.

Results:

  • Significant awareness of the Flamingo Crossings ER opening among the target audience through various channels, including social media, local advertising, and community outreach efforts.

  • The campaign materials received positive feedback from the central Florida residents, Disney guests, and tourists, with many expressing excitement about the upcoming ER facility.

  • Positive perception of AdventHealth in the local community and among Disney guests, further enhancing the organization's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider in Central Florida.
